There is only 27 days left of 2024 š«¢ Here's how you can feel less overwhelmed & aligned to your goals
As a founder and a freelancer, I always forget to do this one important thingā¦
Hey, Creative!
I have to be honest with you.
As a founder and a freelancer, I always forget to do this one important thingā¦
ā Celebrate the little wins.
I find it SOOO easy to get stuck focusing on the future.
Planning exciting new projects.
Building relationships with new connections.
+ Juggling the MANY curve balls along the way.
Only to feel like Iām a never-ending hamster wheel and I canāt get off šµāš«
So, Iāve decided to put in a monthly check-in at the start of every month,
To remind myself of the little (and sometimes big) wins from the last 30 days.
Some of the highlight little wins include:
𤩠Launching the Freelancer + Founder Roadmap group programme
ā Hosting my first IRL event & meeting lots of local creatives
šš» Signing 3 new clients & completing 2 brand design projects
I often find myself beating myself up for not doing enough (can anyone else relate?)
So these little check-ins can really help you positively reframe your mindset.
Iād love to hear about your little win of the month so reply to this email and Iāll send you a little gift!
š£ Want a life & career reflection + reset before the end of the year? Join our workshop next week!
2024 has been the year Iāve achieved 95% of my goals.
But it hasnāt happened by chance.
In January I set out all of my goals for the year, as I do every year,
I created a vision board with what I wanted my life to look like.
But this year I made one BIG change.
ā I made my vision board part of my everyday life.
Vision boarding is not something you JUST do in January
And then hide away for the rest of the year.
Itās a really powerful tool if you use it correctly.
Next Tuesday, Iām going to be sharing the 3 step strategy I used to achieve all of these goals this year (without burning out š )
So if you want to enter 2025 feeling less overwhelmed by the new year, new me feeling and with clarity around what your next steps should be - you should join us!

Whatās out: Thinking accessibility means sacrificing design
Why choose between accessibility and aesthetics when you can have both?
SomeOneās latest work for The Motability Scheme proves inclusive design can be engaging and stylish. Easy-to-read stickers, designed to match the new Motability Scheme "M," highlight key information with charm and clarityātext on solid backgrounds ensuring maximum readability.
Photography shifts the focus to customers, celebrating their experiences and newfound freedoms rather than just vehicles. This approach reflects a commitment to building an accessible, inclusive brand that represents all disabilities and a diverse customer base. Itās a thoughtful design that drives real impact.
